Maurizio Teli (Aalborg University)

Description

Maurizio Teli (he/him) is Associate Professor at the Department of Sustainability and Planning, Technical Faculty of IT and Design, Aalborg University, Denmark. At the Department, he leads the Techno-Anthropology and Participation research group, while at the faculty level he chairs the Centre for Sustainable and Digital Transformation. His research revolves around participatory design, digital technologies, sustainable futures, and socio-ecological justice. He has had coordinating roles in multiple research projects, and promoter of educational initiatives. Examples include the My Ideal City project, PIE News/Commonfare, and the COST Action “From Sharing to Caring”. He is a member of the Advisory Board of the Participatory Design Conference, of the Editorial Board of CoDesign - International Journal of CoCreation in Design and the Arts, and he serves as reviewers and members of the program committee for computing, design, and social sciences venues.
