Description
The new design emerges from the context, namely the existing residential typology, with the associated cottages, etc, behind it. By introducing a new housing type in the neighbourhood, more in a collective way, the inner courtyards will become communal gardens and those cottages will be replaced by organised volumes outside the residential space.
